We helped reimagine the Future Students experience, designing intuitive pathways that connect curiosity with action.
Prospective students arrive with wildly different questions. The work organized the journey around intent rather than internal structure, so a curious grade-11 student and a transfer applicant each find their next step.

The University needed a central platform to guide prospective students — and their parents and educators — through the complexity of its many faculties, programs, and campuses. The site had to bring clarity to a diverse landscape while aligning the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
We partnered with the University’s Future Students team to streamline content, define clear user journeys, and design a scalable system that could balance consistency with the individuality of each faculty. Our work combined deep audience research with collaborative workshops to unify vision and direction.
The result is a dynamic hub for discovery — making it easier for future students to explore programs, understand admissions, and envision campus life, while giving faculties the tools to manage content within a unified experience.
