This policy explains what personal information pixelsandpencils.ca collects, why, and how it's handled. This site is operated by Pixels and Pencils Creative Direction Inc. (“Pixels&,” “we,” “us”), 33 Bloor St E, Floor 5, Toronto, ON M4W 3H1.

The only place this site collects personal information directly is the Start a Project form on our Contact page. That form asks for your name, email address, and a project message, with company and budget range as optional fields.

Submitting the form sends that information directly to us by email, using Resend, a transactional email service, as the delivery provider. We don't store form submissions in a database — they exist as the email we receive, and any reply you get comes from a person, not an automated system.

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Pixels& except the service provider above, solely to deliver the email.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand overall traffic to this site — things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are coming from. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect or store personal data, and doesn't track you across other websites. The numbers it gives us are aggregated and anonymous; we can't identify an individual visitor from them.

This site doesn't set its own cookies, and we don't use any advertising or cross-site tracking technology.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts (Typekit). Loading a webfont means your browser makes a request directly to Google's or Adobe's servers, which may log standard request data such as your IP address, subject to their own privacy policies.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@pixelsandpencils.ca. As a Canadian business, we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we handle it changes. The date above reflects the last update.
