Sponsoring an RGD development grant

It's a tough time to be a junior designer. Getting a foot in the door takes so much energy that finding your community or even learning from great design mentors keeps getting pushed off.

Community and mentorship matter. Seeing work you don't know, hearing how someone else thinks, or having one conversation that makes you feel a little less lost can change how you see your future in this field.

If we want a healthy design community, we have to help the people coming into it find their place, especially now.
