Extending U of T's digital brand into print

Last year was tough. Work was slow, a couple of our bigger clients quieted down, and honestly, I wasn't sure where the next project was going to come from.

We started replying to RFPs — something we rarely do. Two opportunities stood out: one where I thought we were a shoo-in, and another I assumed would go to a big, fancy agency.

We lost the one I was sure about. We won the bigger one.

This Viewbook for the University of Toronto is one of the results of that win. We created something textural, bold, and aligned to their new recruitment website — a kit of work I'm genuinely proud of.

Shout out to Steffen Reinhart and Randy Landicho at U of T for trusting us with something this meaningful, and to our friends at Parcel Design — Erin Brand and Richard Nalli-Petta — who brought their editorial and art direction into the mix. Deseray Alvares and Tiffany Grace Tobias, you both killed it.
