Employee Profile: Tiffany

Tiffany Tobias is our Account Manager — the person strategizing the balancing act of every client project and every team member's day. Before agency life, she worked in social work and mental health, then moved through corporate sales and event management. She has a background in Marketing Management and still teaches part-time at Fanshawe College.

What motivates you to work hard? “I have an insatiable appetite for self-competition. This feeds into my desire to work my hardest at anything I do, and to contribute in a way that isn't just doing my job, but exceeding at it, where possible.”

Something about you that may surprise people? “I'm a classically trained opera singer.”

As a child, what did you want to be? “A singer. Not necessarily an opera singer, but I definitely wanted to be onstage performing.”

Biggest fear? “A life filled with regret.”

Hang gliding or whitewater rafting? “Whitewater rafting.”

Serif or sans serif? “Serif — I love a good classic.”

Most-used emoji? “👀 — says so much and so little, all at once.”

What fad or trend do you hope comes back? “1980s crimped hair.”
